First-home buyers rushed to beat the NSW change stamp duty concessions have sent National activities with loans soaring to record levels, analysts said.
The number of the first home buyers who enter the property market in November is the highest in two years, with more than $ 2.86 billion added to the mortgage activity compared to October, said RateCity.
Most of these buyers are in NSW, where 4,000 properties purchased by the buyer first home in November.
Analysts say the changes first-home concession owners in NSW may be behind the national trend.
